Top Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Apartment hatte alles was man braucht. Enrico (Gastgeber) hatte alle Informationen schon im Vorfeld bereitgestellt und war auch immer erreichbar. Gute Parkmäglichkeiten am Mercado San Benedetto (20.00h - 08.00h frei parken)

The apartment was nice, located in the centre (In the old town, cozy, narrow streets all around, almost like a movie set :) Restaurants, local market, grocery, shopping street, the Remy bastion, everything within max 10 minutes walk. The beach can be reached within 40 minutes by bus. The rooms were clean and bright, the kitchen was well-equipped. The two separate rooms with own balconies and separate bathrooms make the flat ideal for families as well. Enrico, our host, was very kind and responsive, we could turn to him anytime with any question.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville et cela permet de profiter pleinement d'un quartier essentiellement piétonnier très agréable et animé. Il y a beaucoup de commerce à proximité ce qui rend le séjour paisible. L'appartement est bien conçu et nous avons pu largement en profiter. Je le conseille vivement.

Die Wohnung im Herzen von Cagliari ist stielvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt inmitten der Altstadt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Es war wunderschön. Vielen Dank:)

Positive: Property was located in best location. Two bathrooms and three balconies. Very cosy and quiet. Negative: Appreciate recycling but found it confusing at first with all the different bins and days of collection. Too many rules for responsible tenants!

Wonderful apartment. Bright with lots of sunlight, especially in the morning. The location is A1 being so close to great restaurants and activity, yet just far enough to be quiet at night. Enrico was super responsive to our requests. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Really nice appartment in the middle of the narrow old town streets! Had a great time there. Host was always available with good suggestions via phone. Can highly recommend :)
