The entrance, a driveway framed by aromatic plants typical of the area and the Mediterranean scrub that fill the air with scents, leads to a welcoming courtyard, designed for relaxation and conviviality.

The courtyard hosts an outdoor dining area, furnished with a wooden table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining under the stars. Next to it, a brick barbecue invites you to summer barbecues.
For those who love sunbathing, there are comfortable deckchairs strategically arranged to fully enjoy the sunlight.

Inside the house, the rooms are spacious and welcoming. The double bedroom is large and bright. The second bedroom features a bunk bed.
The bathroom, elegant and functional, is equipped with a large shower and all the necessary comforts.

The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, where two sofas with a TV area create the ideal environment for relaxation and entertainment.
All rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning.

At the back of the house, there is another private garden, a corner of paradise surrounded by fascinating Sardinian granite rocks. This space offers an additional haven of peace, ideal for quiet reading, meditation or simply enjoying the surrounding natural beauty.

A few days before your arrival, you will need to fill out an online form with the personal data of all guests, insert the documents and sign the rental contract.
The tourist tax (€1 per night per guest) will also need to be paid online, via our website.
